The purchase was easy and the delivery was prompt. Same day I ordered, Jen Rich sent me a prompt customer service email letting me know the order would ship ASAP. When I had a follow up question, she was prompt in her response as well. This is the type of professional courtesy and service that creates repeat customers, and the next time I need a forklift magnet, or anything similar, I will be coming to Shields Magnets again.
