Lottie was very professional throughout the hole experience, this was my first experience with shipping a vehicle from one state to aother, Lottie continue to keep open the lines of communication with me which I appreciate. But I did not have a good experience with Skyy tranport the gentlmen I was dealing with was very rude I immediately conact Lottie and she immediately issued my complaint with her supervisor, which made me felt a little bette. And I received a immediate response from her supervisor, but I was not notified of the outcome of that situation. Thank you Lottie for your professional Attention to matter Pamela ladson
