The whole experience was very smooth and worked perfectly. I can say this from experience with another group who wasn't nearly as communicative and prompt. Our driver was very pleasant and gave us confidence for the transfer. The company has you take and upload them "before" photos and again when the car is delivered. In case anyone wonders, I did tip the driver well--after delivery. I was able to use Venmo, which was convenient. I imagine it's a long and lonely job with a lot of responsibility (there were some fancy cars in the same carrier). The tip was not required, but it was well-earned. Would highly recommend.
