This was the first time we used any service such as this. We were very satisfied with the service as Mike walked us through the entire process and gave all us the details we needed. The app they have allowed us to take pictures before pickup and after dropoff to ensure no damage occured during transport. We were reminded of what we needed to do when the vehicle arrived at its destination - from one side of the country to the other.
