Lottie was amazing and supportive throughout the process. Expained everything very clearly and was available for questions as needed. Other staff were less supportive during off hours, but ultimately the car shipped and delivered on time as promised. Remember to ask whether the driver will able to navigate the truuck to the desired pickup location. I had to drive my car to the nearbly mall, which was not my expectation. Would highly recommend depsite the small glitches.
