The only reason I didn't rate this service at a 5 was we missed our target date. But i will say that Lottie was patient with me and was very steady. We were able to get the car shipped to our detination a few days passed our target date , so it worked out well. Also the driver, Roman was also very good, he showed up at the time he promised, took great care of my vechical and was easy to deal with.
