Our representative, Scott, was an empathetic, considerate, reliable human being who even had a sense of humor! He replied to all my questions in very prompt fashion, including on a Sunday when I hadn't heard from the dispatcher about the Monday morning pickup of our car. We shipped our college-aged son's car across the country, and it arrived safely--and two days earlier than promised! (He was thrilled!) Also notably: The Ship A Car Direct price was lower than many of its competitors. I can't say enough positive things about the company!
