AMAZING SERVICE!!!! The communication was great from the start -- an online quote followed by an email confirmation. When I had questions, Lottie patiently answered each of them. The FAQ's on their website are informative and the videos are very helpful. When it came to scheduling, Lottie helped coordinate to have same carrier pick up our BMW & Audi at the same time, which was extremely helpful. The shipper arrived as promised and less than one week later, our vehicles arrived -- in exactly the same condition as they left -- at our new home after a 3000 mile trip. A+++++
