This was my first time shipping a car. Trying to understand the process and wade through all the reviews was difficult. Ship A Car Direct seemed to have the best combination of great reviews and honest help on their website.
I shipped a car from Texas to Washington state. Everything went great. Good, prompt communication from Ship A Car Direct (Lottie). The driver also took great care of the car and was good about communication for both the pickup and dropoff.
