The shipping itself went farily well and ahead of schedule on delivery but the driver and company that took the job, did a decent job of communicating. The only issue I had is with notification prior to picking up the vehicle. I didn't even know a company had been selected, until the driver called to say he was on the way and would be there to pick up the vehicle in 30 minutes to an hour. I was hoping to have at least a days notice to give the vehicle a once over before it was picked up. That is the only reason this was a 4 out of 5. Everything else in the experience went well. John and ship a car, I trust and when he said, this was a great carrier to do the job, that's all I needed to hear! If John and Ship a Car Direct trust them, I have no reason not to!
