I reached out to Ship a Car Direct for a second time (for a different carrier) and I'm glad I did. Jennifer was my contact person and very professional. I shared my concern of trusting that the car would be delivered as scheduled,etc. Lucky Star Carriers was assigned with a professional driver (Oliver); and he delivered my late sister's car to its destination in a timely, as agreed. I'm grateful that Ship a Car Direct's team listened to my concerns ... Thank you!
