This was the first time we had shipped our vehicle to Florida so we were uncertain just how the process was done. We were very pleased that it the lovely lady we spoke to was very clear and responsive to all our questions. Our vehicle was picked up with advance notice and again advanced notice when the driver was within a 24 hour of getting to our location in Florida. With an two hour update and then a 20 minute update upon receiving our vehicle. Process went very smoothly. Thank you Car Direct
