Shipped my son’s car from Salt Lake City to Miami. Called a couple months out but said that they really don’t schedule pick ups until much closer to the pick up date. They asked for three consecutive dates as a pick up window. We were notified on day two of our three day window about the car pick up. The pick up was handled very easily- driver was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He called me n the expected to have delivery and said he would arrive in the evening. He called later that day with a narrower timeframe and arrived at that time. Car was in perfect condition. Definitely would use this service again.
