Great service once carrier accepts. I think the wait until that happens could use some communication, especially since that was Ship a Car Direct’s job. Wish phone calls were answered more regularly. Otherwise, great service and not a scratch on the vehicle. If you’re willing to wait for a carrier to accept, this is wonderful.
