Great communication and fair pricing. I received quick responses to all my inquiries, which I really appreciated. The only issue was that I was notified of the pickup just about an hour in advance, which made me rush back from a party. It would have been much better to get a one-day advance notice. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
