Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. I needed two vehicles shipped from New Orleans to Los Angeles, and my cars were picked up and delivered without incident. For an honest review, I have to mention I received notification of a delay the morning of expected pickup and received no response the day prior after attempting to get an update via phone and email. This required me pay additional money to push my flight back a day. Every dollar is crucial in any move, but especially a long-distance move. Everything else went smoothly.
