I just paid my $300 bill while listening to the drip, drip drip of water out of my mini-split unit. Westly, the technician, did the best he could, I suppose, but I'm absolutely no better off today than I was this time yesterday before he arrived. Just $300 poorer. Although I appreciate his insights and service (he did clear out the drainage tube better than it had been cleaned previously) I still have a mini-split unit I purchased from Shipley Energy, installed by Shipley Energy and serviced by Shipley Energy dripping away.
