Confidently 5 stars. The shipping time and efficiency was much better than any other brand that I've bought visors from before. When I had a problem, the Shoc team responded and resolved it almost instantly.
As far as the product, its the best in the game. It looks and fits better than any other visor. Additionally, the option to get different color clips awesome. The packaging is also another reason why this brand is at the top of the line.
