We ordered a Softball Visor and received it within 2/3 days. once we opened it we realized they accidentally sent us the wrong color. i emailed the help page and within minutes they resolved the issue. They were more than kind and helpful in the situation. Now, The Visor! I can not say enough good things about this product. It meets all of our expectations and we no longer have to fight with our little to wear her glasses! The visor magnets on the mask and doesn't budge! now we have no more sun in our eyes or missed balls because of it. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I am more than impressed.
