Had an issue with one of the clips where the clip broke I emailed shock and they sent me a full pack right away I had it within 3 days and then they also inform me that on the video of the visor clip should go on the 1st bar in the email and once I put on the 1st part with so much easier. They even said if I had any other issues to call them and they would face time with me and how to put of the visor are on. Outstanding customer service and they're willing to go the extra mile that's awesome
