My son tried ordering shoes last Saturday to order pickup, it wasn't going through after trying twice so he decided to drive 40 minutes to just buy them in the store, when he arrived he checked his account by chance and the money for the shoes was taken out but there was no order from it! 5 days later and he's now on a vacation and hasn't received his money back yet!!! I have 4 kids I buy my shoes there for them every year before school, not anymore!
