Awful experience trying to return my order. They kept needing more information from me, which I supplied twice and am still waiting for return instructions. My order # wasn't found on their return page on their website so I had to contact custom service. This company is poorly run and a simple return should not take more than one interaction and more than 5 days to get return instructions. I do not recommend Shoe Carnival and will never purchase from them again.
