I really don't understand the low ratings for this company. I have at least 9 pairs of their shoes. I find the fit very consistent and they are well made. I get tons of compliments on them. I've had no issues with shipping or reliability. I have had no need to speak to customer service so I can't speak to that. But these are very well made shoes.
