I’ve bought slippers from this company for about four years now and have to say that customer service is just about as good as you can get. If you phone them a real human being actually answers and you can speak to the people that are for you. It feels like you’re phoning your local shop and it’s great. I love dealing with these people and what you get is a “Personal service”. A service that has sadly left the high street as we knew it years ago.
