I ordered two pairs of ECCO sandals from Shoes International both of which I had had problems sourcing elsewhere online though Shoes International appeared to have them in stock. At first I was slightly annoyed that one of the pairs wasn't immediately available - so many websites pretend to have stuff in stock when the reality is they MAY have it. In any event Shoes International got hold of both the sandals I wanted, kept me informed of progress and did not charge anything until the goods were dispatched. I felt they had gone to some effort to get hold of the sandals for me so ultimately I was very pleased and would buy from them again
