I ordered two pairs of sandals a week before my holiday, hoping to take one or both pairs with me on my trip. One arrived in good time, perfect condition and was just what I wanted. The other pair was, unfortunately, out of stock, so it didn't arrive until I was on holiday. This was unfortunate, as I wouldn't have ordered the second pair if I'd known it was out of stock. However, Shoes International customer service alerted me as soon as they knew, so I was able to change my plans and make arrangements for someone else to collect the second parcel while I was away on holiday. The second pair didn't fit as well as I'd hoped, so I returned it and very promptly received an email from Shoes International and a refund -- fastest refund I've ever received on a returned order! I'd recommend them for fast service and good communication when you are ordering shoes.
