I recently purchased a few items online from Shoes International and must say that it was hard to follow up the matter with the staff, though I should thank Ms Nicola for her efforts to clarify the delay issue as the ordered items were not available in the store. I intend to place other orders soon and hope to get better and quicker feedback and shorter delivery time. Overall, good service , but could be better.
