The purchase process was straightforward, and I was told in advance that the order would be sent over from Europe before being despatched from the UK. The process from start to actual delivery was over 3 wks. Having a clear explanation of what, when, how and email confirmation of each stage helped. I am pleased with the product but would think twice before ordering a product made overseas.
