Very prompt in notification of delay due to being out of stock and asking if I wanted to continue the order. Even with the need to special order the shoes, they arrived in excellent time to the United States. Packaging was very secure and arrived in excellent condition. The nicest part was the courteous handwritten thank you note in the box. I will definitely use again.
