Hi, Mike, I have been shopping from your website for a couple of dozen of shoes. And I will say your service is pretty good. And the goods are normally received pretty quick. So far I only had two issues. One was the Ecco black flat shoes about a year ago. When I received it, I found the some of glue was gone (for both side) and I have to send the pair to the local shop to repair it. I did complained this to you team and ask them to cross check to ensure the stock is in the right condition before dispatch. The 2nd time, is the recent order that I placed on 27th Dec 2013. I bought two boots. The brown boots (size 3.5) was over charged by 9-10 ponds from my memory. one of your team member did reply to me that when they disptached the stock, I would be charged at the correct price. While I just checked my credit card record yesterday, I was still charged at the wrong price (without the discount listed on your website). Overall, I am pretty happy with your services so far.
