I was very pleased to find a pair of Mephisto shoes at a much better price than in a local store. Although it took a couple of weeks to get the shoes, which were coming from France, I suspect most of that delay was down to Brexit. The responses to my phone calls were prompt and friendly. They gave me a sense of confidence in the company, which I hadn't used before.
