Excellent customer service. Placed my order for some sandals, and received an email advising that they were awaiting some stock, so my order would be delayed. They were very apologetic and immediately gave me the option to cancel my order and obtain a full refund if I wanted. As I wasn't in any hurry for the sandals I confirmed I was happy to keep my order and received a very nice response thanking me for my patience. An approximate date for expected delivery was provided, and Shoes International kept to that timescale. I have to say very impressed with the level of customer service and would definitely recommend to others, and I will use them in the future. I even received a nice hand written note with my order when it arrived.
