Fabulous service having found the shoes I wanted. Shoes Int could source them when no other service could and shops had none.
I never had to chase or seek information as it came regularly. I knew exactly when my shoes were coming and did not have any of that awful business of failing to deliver. Everything went smoothly.
There is nothing bad I can say about this buying experience or areas of improvement.
