I was worried about purchasing from a store in the UK (from California) but they were so all over it. I must have received three emails (from actual live people) and they immediately sent me exact tracking information when I requested it. The shoes arrived very nicely packaged and though I had concern about using their UK size chart conversion to US sizes, the shoes fit my girl perfectly! And the shoes arrived within about a week, all the way from the UK. I thought their service was blow away and even bettered Amazon which is pretty up there on their service. Would recommend to anyone.
