Excellent. I liked that I was emailed to advise of short delay whilst stock due to arrive from Germany. I liked having Royal Mail deliver. (Hate Hermes.)
When the shoes arrived as expected in the time window advised, the packaging was great-not too much but secure and lovely hand written note inside.
Will definitely look to buy shoes in future from you.
