I ordered a pair of boots this time. I thought that as they were on the website, they'd be in stock, but they weren't. I received an e-mail telling me they were on order but was not told I'd have to wait for some time. When they did arrive, I think it was about six weeks. It would have been good if someone had told me to expect that much of a delay as I was left wondering if I'd ever get them. So it would be good if you could sharpen up your communications when something like this happens as I nearly bought what I wanted elsewhere, which if I'd have done that, I would have ended up returning the ones I ordered from you - then I'd have felt bad because everyone's time would have been wasted, not to mention the cost of postage.
