I was very surprised to receive a parcel from Shoes International as I thought I had purchased my Hotter shoes from Hotter Ltd. But I received a confirmation e-mail the day after ordering and the shoes themselves arrived the following morning. The shoes fitted perfectly, were beautifully packed and everything well documented. I was really very impressed and will certainly look on their website next time I need new shoes.
