First time using this wonderful company and it will not be the last. I ordered some Mephisto sandals that had to be back ordered from France. I was kept up-to-date with timescales and although I was then away for a month, they held my order until I arrived back home. Also, unlike other companies, they included a returns label so no need to contact them first or faff about printing stuff off. Spot on communication, service, delivery and very competitive prices.
