Found the customer service to be really helpful and personalised. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one line had been discontinued but I was offered an alternative style, the other was still to arrive in stock but I was asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I was happy to wait and the refund for the discontinued pair went through very quickly.
