the company offered a competitive price on the walking trainers I required. unfortunately, the order was delayed but they communicated with me to ask if they wished me to wait or require a refund. thought this was very responsible and I was willing to wait as I had ordered from them before and felt assured of their commitment to delivering the goods as soon as possible. it was only a week before they informed me that they had been sent to me and arrived two days later. Just love my walking trainers.
