The items were delivered as promised & at the time promised. However Hermes the delivery company failed to notify me by leaving a card of where they had put the item. I contacted Shoes International direct and the customer care department went to work straight away to resolve my issue. My item was found and I'm more than happy. Would definitely purchase from this company again as the price was competitive and the item was very good.
