I live in Australia and have ordered shoes and slippers a number of times. Each time I have been impressed with their service - friendly and efficient. The footwear brands they stock are all good quality.
The shoes were packed with great care and arrived in excellent condition. There was a short delay in delivery but that was entirely due to a transport strike.
I am sorry to hear that Shoes International are closing down.
