This was my first International purchase, and I didn't realize what a hassle it would be. I had to send a current bill with my name on it to verify the credit card, and it took over a month or longer to receive the shoes. Don't get me wrong. The shoes are terrific, but they were too big. The company graciously agreed to send a new pair if I returned the ones I had received, but I could only see problems with that--postage to England, wrong size still?? So, I opted to keep the shoes even though they don't fit. I have a pair of Romika boots and love them and thought when I told them what size they were, it would work. Unfortunately, it did not.
