The shipping was very slow. Obviously, they didn’t have my ordered shoes in stock and have to request them from manufacturer. Nothing on their website indicates if the item is available for immediate shipping or not. The shoes which I received looked very much like a demo pair – hints of creases on the upper side, some minor superficial scoffs. Again, nothing on their web site to indicate that condition. On the positive side – my questions regarding the size was answered quickly and efficiently, so no problem with support and communication at least.
