I have purchased shoes on several previous occasions from Shoe International and have always been very pleased with them. On one occasion I bought the wrong size and telephoned to see if the correct size was available. The staff were so nice and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. I also like the little touch of a handwritten note, makes you feel like you are dealing with human beings and not just a computer. Keep up the good work
