I was impressed by the wide range of shoes on offer and it was easy to order from the web site. Unfortunately one pair was no longer available and the other pair had to be ordered from the manufacturer and when it finally arrived it did not fit. It might be a good idea to withdraw shoes that are no longer available from the web site! The customer service, however, was very good and helpful: I was regularly informed about what was happening and it was easy to return the shoes and get the refund. So overall I am positively impressed and hope for better luck next time.
