The delivery procedure was not satisfactory.
We live in a gated community and Parcel Force will not even bother to come through the gate.
I had to phone their office many times to find the location of my parcel.
I finally asked to have it delivered to a local post office so I could collect it from there a week after it was dispatched by you. This was v frustrating as I was leaving for Canada mid May.
Shoes are fine.
