I Spoke with your lady in the Sales Dept on the phone to enquire about a pair of boots and she was most helpful and gave me all the information that l needed. I then ordered them directly from her and later received several emails keeping me fully informed when the boots would arrive. They arrived on schedule and fitted perfectly. I have since walked along the canal and hills at Foulridge on the Lancs/Yorkshire border and also along the cliffs at Lynton in Devon.
The boots fit perfectly and l am very pleased with them and your service.
