I ordered a pair of Mephisto shoes and, though they didn't quite fit, they were returned very quickly and easily with no quibbling. I wish the shoes had arrived sooner, but I think they sourced the shoes after my purchase, though I wasn't there and could be wrong. If they are sourcing the shoes from the manufacturer after purchase, then this explains the delay. If not, then they could have shipped more quickly.
