A pleasure to deal with a professional sales outlet. Delivery was delayed but I was kept informed at every stage and told when the shoes would be despatched. They arrived as predicted, well packed and with a handwritten note hoping they'd arrived in good condition. The icing on the cake was the price - a 20% saving when compared with the manufacturer's website. I would happily purchase from this site again.
